Services
From the mould to the finished part: rubber moulding, rubber-to-metal bonding, mould making, machining and 3D printing.
Rubber moulding
We produce rubber parts by compression moulding. The compound is chosen for where the part will work.
- hardness from 35 to 95 Shore A, and harder with cord reinforcement
- materials: rubber, silicone, Viton (FKM) and other compounds
- resistance to oil, heat and chemicals, depending on the material
- a range of rubber colours
Rubber-to-metal bonding
In rubber-to-metal parts the rubber is not glued on afterwards. It is vulcanised directly onto the metal part in the mould, so rubber and metal become one unit that withstands load, vibration and impact.
This is how dampers, rubber-covered wheels and rollers, and rubber-coated couplings are made. We can also bond rubber to plastic.
Mould making
Every rubber or rubber-to-metal part needs a compression mould. We make our moulds ourselves, so we do not depend on outside toolmakers.
Investing in a better mould pays off in series production: a lower price per part, and faster repeat orders because the mould is ready.
Machining
We machine metal and plastic for our own moulds and rubber-to-metal parts, and as a standalone service.
- CNC milling
- CNC turning
- work on conventional machines
3D printing
We print complex parts in plastic and rubber. It also works as a prototype: you can test the part before investing in a mould.
