What we need for a quote
- a drawing, a sketch with dimensions or a photo of the part
- where the part works: oil, water, heat, chemicals, outdoors
- the hardness (35 to 95 Shore A) and material, if you know them
- the approximate quantity
An old or broken part is also a good place to start.
